151.306 - Beamz BT270 Flat Par 7x6W 4in1 DMX IR
Beamz BT270 Flat Par
The Beamz BT270 is a high-powered Par-Can with 7x 6W RGBW (4-in-1) LEDs. It also includes a double bracket so you can mount the BT270 on a truss or use it as a floor lighting unit. The 7x 6W RGBW LEDs provide you with 5.000 lx (Luminous Intensity) which means you can even use the BT270 without a fog machine. This is a great comforting feature as fogging, can at times cause issues at venues requiring you to isolate smoke detectors before use.
Pre-programmed shows
The BT270 also ships with built-in pre-programmed shows. Just set up the light, put it into Auto-Mode and let the auto programme perform for lighting effects for you. When in Auto-Mode mode you can even adjust the speed of the light effects. This enables you to match your lighting to suit a genre of music or preference in vibe.
You can also set the BT270 into a Sound-Activated program mode. This function essentially allows you to get back to your performance; while the BT270 is activated to the sound of the music. When performing with the BT270 you can also take advantage of the built-in pre-programmed shows. If time is a factor, just set the BT270 into auto mode and let the auto programme perform lighting effects for you.
Infra-red remote
Beamz has included an IR Remote Control for you, so you can operate the BT270 remotely. You can control functions such as brightness, colours, strobe, speed, sensitivity and fade all from a touch of a button. The IR Remote makes operation simple and eliminates the need to have things programmed in advance. You can also link multiple units together for extra effects.
The BT270 Rear Panel
On the back of the BT270, you will find an LED display with menu buttons, a DMX In/Out and an IEC Power Connector. In the DMX settings, there is the choice of 2, 3 and 4-channel modes with preset colour macro’s or an 8-channel mode where you can control every single colour individually. The handy IEC connection will allow you to daisy-chain additional units together if you need to expand your light show. An IEC connection also helps with cable management as you don’t have to run additional cables from the source power supply. The BT270 can be used in both DMX and Stand-alone modes.
